A well equipped computer laboratory with over 60 Pentium IV PCs. All connected in local area network with 2 servers. Therefore free internet facility with broadband connection is available to students 24 hours a day, 7days a week.
The institute is one of the HM institutes which has WI-FI campus for seamless internet connectivity.
The first & year students are introduced to culinary art in the basic training kitchen they get familiar with the various kitchen equipments & are shown the intricate cutting methods to begin with. They cater an average of 100 students on a daily basis.
The quantity training kitchen is mainly the training ground for the second year studentswho venture into making various state cuisines along with a few continental cuisine. They cater an average of 100 students on a dailybasis. Heavy duty equipment facilitate bulk cooking including the tandoor to enable tandoori items in the menu.
This is a kitchen used by expertise's for research & development in culinary art. This kitchen is equipped with modernly developed machineries & equipments. Which develops skills & knowledge in students in accordance with presentation &preparation of products.
This area is well equipped, ventilated & specious which accommodates around 30 students at a time .
Training Restaurant & Bar : Air conditioned training restaurant where students learn or students are trained for 5 star level service & they develop their knowledge & skill with regards to food & beverage service.
It also enhances style in serving techniques.It is well equipped with silver ware, glass ware
and other sophisticated equipment required for quality service.It operates 40 covers and also has a Training barwith modern equipments
We have well equipped front office desk modern technology which gives the students training for star level front office area. House Keeping: Air conditioned house keeping department which comprises of an attach guestroom with well designed interiors which allows our students to train and know about the layout & bed making. We also have Laundry equipped with washing machines, driers, and a wash area. It reflects a Standard housekeeping department in 5 star hotel.

IT lab Hotel management institute is specious well-equipped & ventilated. The IT lab has high internet access. Studying with the use of projectors, presentations, slide shows, etc.
